“Denton Family Dentistry” Usability Testing
Current Information Architecture
We decided as a group that the first thing we should do was test the current information architecture of the website. We created a TreeJack test through Optimal Workshop. We had a total of 8 participants a 0 testers abandones. The average completion time of the survey was 1 minute and 34 seconds. The following pie charts are the results from the testing .
Results of testing for the New Information Architecture
Once we rearranged our Information Architecture we created another TreeJack with Optimal Workshop and tested it. We had a total of 19 participants. It took an average of 1 minute and 40 seconds for the user to complete the survey. Below are pie charts of all our testing results
